It seems that @PiersMorgan is pursuing alternative ways of enumerating the medal tally -  Simon Forsyth’s website offers some GDP and population weighted calculations that might prove helpful (as well as a useful reminder that a) the GB population is 62.6 million and that b) the population of New Zealand is 4.4 million and Slovenia’s is just over 2 million).

Alternatively you could work on this ‘other other’ medal tally based helpfully on a combined collation of the colours of the competing nation’s flags (taken at the end of Saturday’s competition). It is a much shorter list so select the colours of your favourite nation and go from there (or just choose your favourite colour).
