…invades Britain. The article is perhaps a bit sensationalist, “the giant snakehead can kill you” and “the snakehead can survive four days out of water while it looks for a new home” (although that last bit seems to be true).
They don’t win beauty contests either.
Somehow knowing that there is a potentially dangerous fish lurking in the idyll brooks and streams of England makes a quiet walk in the countryside seem all the more interesting.
